2. Optical condition:

• Various optical conditions (A+ to D grades)
• In average the device shows normal or strong traces of usage.
• Some of the devices may have dents or cracks on the frame or the back cover.

3. Definition of Scratches and Cracks:

• Light Scratch: Superficial scratches, only visible under light.
• Deep Scratch: Scratch can be seen and felt with a fingernail.
• Crack:              Material of the screen, frame or back cover is broken

Additional info for EU customers:

• 85 devices will be sold per VAT margin scheme (Differenzbesteuert, IVA REBU)
