1. Technical Condition:

• Tested & fully working stock and defective devices
• Successfully data-wiped, no account / manufacturer locks (FMIP, FRP, DEP Mode etc.)
• Information about defects are given in the Saleslist see the details sheet !

2. Optical Condition:

Grade A+ (“As new”):

• The device shows no traces of usage and is as new.
• No marks, no scratches, no cracks.

Grade A (“Excellent”):

• The device shows no obviously noticeable traces of usage and is in an excellent overall condition.
• 1-2 light scratches, no deep scratches, no cracks.

Grade B (“Very Good”)

• The device shows small traces of usage and is in a very good overall condition.
• Few light scratches, mostly on the frame or back cover. No deep scratches, no cracks.

Grade C (“OK”)

• The device shows normal traces of usage and is in average used overall condition.
• A lot of light scratches on the display and a few deeper scratches on the frame or back cover possible, no cracks.

3. Definition of Scratches and Cracks:

• Light Scratch: Superficial scratches, only visible under light.
• Deep Scratch: Scratch can be seen and felt with a fingernail.
• Crack:              Material of the screen, frame or back cover is broken.

4. Optical condition defective devices:

• Various optical conditions (A+ to D grades)
• In average the device shows normal or strong traces of usage.
• Some of the devices may have dents or cracks on the frame or the back cover.

• Original Packaging: Around 0%
• Accessories: No
• Cloud Lock: No
• Software Branding: No
• Missing Components: No

Additional info for EU customers:

• 0 devices will be sold per VAT margin scheme (Differenzbesteuert, IVA REBU)
• For 0 pcs: German buyers will be invoiced additionally with 3€ per piece on top of their highest bid as a Service Fee (Copyright & handling).

• Non-EU companies: delivery to your nearest airport
• Transport costs will be added to the auction result

Commercial Conditions:

• Pre-payment in full
• No warranty: devices are sold as is without sellers warranty from Foxway Germany GmbH
• The buyer accepts a deviation regarding number of devices/spare parts/accessories and deviation of models and condition of phones of up to 3%
